上海人才培训市场促进中心国际合作部是促进中心领导下的直属部门，主要负责培训市场国际合作项目的开发与管理，积极引进国际先进教育培训资源，推动及开展各种形式的国际教育合作；推广与管理中外合作高等学历教育项目；与中外教育培训机构合作开发各类双边教育及人才培训项目，促进中国与世界各国的教育与合作。

International Cooperation Department of STTDC
International Cooperation Department is one of the direct subordinate departments under STTDC. Its business operation is mainly involved in the project development and management of international cooperation in the education and training market as follows:
- Establish and develop all-round Sino-foreign cooperative education and training projects via introducing advanced overseas resources;
- Promote and manage all types of Sino-foreign higher education projects;
- Develop bilateral education & talent training projects via leveraging partner resources.
The International Cooperation Department of STTDC is constituted by an outstanding team including overseas returned scholars, education industry experts, and senior managerial staff. All staff members have profound higher-education and government background. To date, the International Cooperation Department of STTDC has successfully implemented several international cooperative projects with Australia and USA.
Currently, the International Cooperation Department is engaging with several Australia institutes and organizations as well as the Australia education department, we plan to develop the joint programs from Senior Secondary level, TAFE, Foundation, and University Level in different regions across China.We would welcome the opportunities to work with interested Chinese schools, colleges, universities, and other organizations. About Shanghai Talent Training and Development Center
Shanghai Talent Training & Development Center (STTDC) is approved by Shanghai government authority. STTDC is the first specialty industry platform in China undertaking non-profit Talent Training services and activities, and is a public welfare social organization. The approved operation scope comprises: Career Training, Talent Evaluation, Career Coaching, Information Consultation, International Cooperation, Brain Exchange and Training Fair. It has the following integrated services functions of training industry: market orientation, internationalization, informatization and socialization. Madam Xie Lijuan, the former Vice-mayor of Shanghai, is the Director of Advisory Committee of STTDC, and the above headline is her handwriting for STTDC.
With its firm base in Shanghai, STTDC serves national wide. It provides high quality training and consultation services. By carrying out the mechanism “government guidance, social participation, market operation, international cooperation”, STTDC is making great endeavor to introduce both international and domestic advanced education & training resources so as to enhance training industry’s international competitive advantage. STTDC has consolidated its training resources, and already established an education & training industry specialty platform to provide regulations and share resources with a number of professional training organizations as its members.
STTDC is led by the Council under the instruction of the Advisory Committee, and set up several direct-subordinate departments and second-level institutes to undertake services and activities.
